Annette Matos

As a performer and teacher of Salsa Annette has always carried a deep passion for dance and the way it can capture such emotion and beauty. She was a member of Mambo ensemble of which performed and competed all over the US and Europe. She later moved on to teaching and realized that felt most fulfilling for her. So in finding out about Zumba and how it was a Latin inspired workout she jumped on board to be a part of the fast growing and popular Zumba world. She enjoys helping people achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. When you take a class with her you will see her energy and passion for what she does and hopes the energy carries out to those taking her classes.

Annette is also teaches Zumba Sentao which is the same Zumba format with some added strength training, PIYO which is a blend of Pilates and Yoga Strength training ,as well as Sharqui “The Belly Dance Workout.” She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor.
